ABOUT the Subdivision
Welcome to Emerald Park in Johnson County, Wyoming (near the City of Buffalo)!
Emerald Park subdivision is a great place to live. Lot owners enjoy country living and beautiful views of the Big Horn mountains, yet town is only 10 minutes away via I-90.
Emerald Park is a planned custom-home community with 79 small acreage lots. Lot owners belong to the Emerald Park Home-Owners Association (EPHOA). Lots, homes, landscapes, outbuildings, lot owners, and residents are governed by DCCRs that are administered by the EPHOA Board. Lot owners may volunteer to be a board member or to serve on one of several committees that report to the EPHOA Board. These committees, along with the Board of Directors, strive to make and keep Emerald Park a desirable place to live. As a member of the EPHOA, lot owners are required to pay dues and assessments to help maintain the common property owned by the EPHOA. Copies of the DCCRs, Bylaws, Resolutions, and other information is available on this website (please see tab marked Emerald Park DCCRs). If you are planning on building a home in Emerald Park, please click on the New Construction - Design Review Committee tab for more information, including the New Construction Application.
Again, welcome to Emerald Park. If you have any questions, please feel free to explore this website, public records at the courthouse, or to ask a member of the EPHOA Board of Directors (see tab for more contact info).
